India Auto Industries won the second prize in 8th International Technology Fare in year 1999.

India Auto Industries entered into railway business in the year 2000 when the samples of Double Acting Hydraulic Shock Absorbers of 600 Kg Capacity were submitted for field trial which were fitted on the premium train of Indian Railways “Rajdhani Express”. The samples fitted on the train performed excellently and initialapproval was issued for participating in the tenders.

India Auto Industries startedreceiving railway orders soon after receiving the approval and could supply the first batch of dampers to the production unit at Rail Coach Factory Kapoorthala.

India Auto Industries got enlisted for different segments of dampers. At present company is making different capacities of dampers for Coaches, Diesel and Electric Engines, EMUS, Metro Train, LHB Coaches.
India Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd. used to get the bulk orders from production unites like RCF. ICF,MCF since 2002 onwards and at present a single order for the supply of 75000 Numbers of LHB Coaches dampers in November 2019 from Modern Coach Factory Raibarellie and at present could supply approx. 75% qty of the order and the remaining shall also be completed by Dec.2021

India Auto Industries Pvt Ltd has got a good capacity of Manufacturing and can produced 1,00,000 Dampers per year in one shift on one line. The company has got three line infrastructure for production so the capacity can even be achieved for 3, 00,000 Dampers Per annumn.

M/s India Auto Industries Pvt Ltd. has so far supplied one million dampers to Indian Railways and the performance of the same have been found excellent during the service tenure.
